In an effort to give back, we invite you to join our trail crew to repair trails and enhance the wonderful experience of Douthat State Park for all. This workday will go a long way to enhance our status as responsible, legitimate park trail users.

The usual parking fee ($3) is waived for volunteers. Further instructions await you upon arrival in the main office.. If you have tools (McCleod, Pulaski, etc.), trail build knowledge, chainsaw certification, or other useful resources, please bring them along. Even if you have none, please come, as it’s not rocket science and we could sure use your help. Invite everyone as a big turnout not only makes us look good—it makes us far more productive.
